This page displays general information about CONAS.

Background:

CONAS stands for Coalition of Nations for Anomalous Security. CONAS was founded by Max Rives(Gammaxee), to unite governments around the world to support the foundation and its operations.

CONAS was founded in the year 2025 by Max Rives, a former member of the //REDACTED// organisation. He founded the Coalition after his home town of Medellín was destroyed by SCP-682 after a breach in a nearby facility. We believe that the foundation’s work directly contributes to earth’s safety and prosperity, which is why we support it in any way possible.

The Coalition’s focus is to help the SCP-Foundation in keeping the SCP’s contained, and to provide the Foundation with the resources it needs. CONAS is now one of the biggest supporters of the SCP-Foundation, providing it with funding, resources, equipment and personnel.

The governments/member states of CONAS are classified to members of the public, and higher Clearance Levels are necessary for that information.

Divisions:

The Office of Diplomatic Affairs

The Office of Diplomatic Affairs, also known as ODA is the civil division of CONAS. They are in charge of making sure the Foundation uses CONAS’ funds wisely and efficiently, and making sure the Foundation is in a good state overall.

They do this by conducting routine inspections, supervising tests, interviewing site-personnel, holding meetings with important site-personnel, including the Ethics Committee, the Office Of The Administrator.

Praetor-1 “Silent Watch”

Praetor-1 “Silent Watch”, also known as P-1 are named after the Praetorian guard. Praetor-1’s sole task is to ensure the safety of members of the Office of Diplomatic Affairs. They do this by closely guarding the ODA at all times, ensuring no bad actors can harm the ODA in any way. They are recognisable by their black and blue outfits, always seeing you before you see them.

Affiliates:

The Ethics Committee

The Ethics Committee is an important affiliate of CONAS. The Ethics Committee is responsible for making sure the Foundation and its personnel are abiding the Code of Ethics. This fits with CONAS’ views, as they share the belief in not wasting resources, as it’s both unethical, and it costs CONAS more resources.
