This page contains all information needed for members of ODA to write a Report.

Report Instructions:

1. Open the Report template by following the following link:

1. Make a copy of the document, and name the copy “[CONAS] Site/Meeting/Interview/Event Report”.
2. Fill in the necessary information like the Author Name, Date, Report Type, Author’s Signature and ODA Rank.
3. Fill in the report to your liking, and add any pictures you feel are relevant to the Report.
4. Submit the report using the following link:
